Great customer service with a friendly and fast response via WhatsApp. Very satisfied with their work! They cleaned a king-size mattress, bed frame, and a queen-size sofa bed for a reasonable price (RM380). The sofa bed was covered in pet fur, but after cleaning, it looks brand new again. I’ll definitely be using their service again for my curtains!

I find their prices to be very reasonable, about RM300 for 2 mattresses (queen and super single), some pillows and cushions. The 2 crew members who came today were extremely courteous and very efficient. Everything was done in just over an hour, and they briefed me about how long it will take to dry. I really appreciate how easy it was to contact and arrange, and how fast they were. They were so fast that I forgot to even offer them a drink! Will definitely use them again next year.

Repeated customer here.
Good cleaning service with reasonable price (had compared with 3 other cleaning service provider). Approximately RM 400 for 3 numbers of 10ft height curtains and a blind. Used professional tools and not just normal wash your fabric. When told there are some more stains they try their best to do more cleaning on that area without complaints.

Had my first experience with Alphakleen today. They came an hour earlier than planned but that's OK. I requested to have all the curtains in the house (5 sets plus sheers) and 3 medium sized carpets cleaned. They thoroughly vacuum and use steam cleaning on the curtains while deep cleaning the carpets and sheers. The entire process with two men hard at work took 2hrs. The results are very clean and nice smelling curtains and carpets along with buckets of dirty water plus dog fur lol. Overall very happy with the service and the price is very affordable compared to other places! Will hire them again next year, perhaps this time for their upholstery service as well.

Professional service. Punctual. Organized and neat. Cleaned 3 set long curtains and 1 Roman blind within 1 hour. Price is reasonable. Quite clean. Need to remind them cleaning the dust on the rail. Will employ the service again.

Had a good experience from the communication with Alphakleen on phone and WhatsApp appointment to the cleaning day. Everything is smooth. Here I have before and after image and also the amount of dirty water from the sofa that the tenant used it for one and half years. Highly recommended Alphakleen. And price is reasonable.

Fast respond on service. They able to cater to you the next day once you confirm the job. The team that came (jack and kit) came early that expected. And they did a very good job cleaning my curtains and mattress. And even the prices were affordable too. Definitely will use their service again

I inquired for few cleaning services at night, only them responded me ontime. The team (Jack and Kit) reached my condominium on 15 minutes before appointment. They did the job very fast and efficient and finiywithin 1 hour as promised.
Price wise is very reasonable compared to other services. I would definitely call them back for any cleaning requirements in the future.

Randomly chanced upon Alphakleen through a quick Google search for carpet cleaning. I was super impressed with the efficiency shown by the team and the quality of work is impeccable. Customer service was prompt in answering all my queries and even arranged for pick up of carpet from my home free of charge. Cleaning was completed promptly (Less than 3 days) and carpet was sent back to my home free of charge again. Pick up and return was really punctual at the promised time. I've used Alphakleen twice now. Once when moving out from my office, I sent our carpet (VERY HEAVY) and they manage to clean and also deliver it back. The second time to clean 3 carpet. They do pick up & drop off which is very efficient for me :)
